Patty Houle has been appointed senior vice-president, business development of Rice Financial Group Inc., a member of the Jovian Capital Group of companies.

“Patty is a valuable addition to our executive management team,” says David Velanoff, president and CEO of Rice. “With Patty’s leadership our team of advisors will be equipped with the direction they need to deliver valuable financial solutions to clients.”

Houle has worked in both the private investment sector and the dealership environment. She began as a financial advisor and moved from the sales level to various senior management positions in both branch and dealer settings in Ontario.

She has a range of skills in business planning, marketing and relationship development. As well, she has experience with deposit, mortgage and insurance brokerage as well as advisor solutions, customer sales services and national sales team development.

Houle will oversee Rice’s overall business development including the strategic learning centre, marketing department and all product and advisor service offerings.
