RBC Financial Group has appointed Keith Oosthoek as its ombudsman. Oosthoek replaces Dennice Leahey, who is retiring at the end of April.

Oosthoek began his career with RBC Financial Group in 1967 and brings a broad range of organizational experience and knowledge to his new role. Since starting at the branch level he has held a variety of senior positions in retail banking and wealth management in Canada and Europe. Most recently, he was vice-president and director of Enterprise Initiatives with RBC Investments.
