Toronto-based Raymond James Ltd. has named Russell Green as managing director of investment banking within the firm’s Vancouver-based investment banking team, the company announced on Tuesday.
“Russell has an excellent reputation for forging strong client relationships and providing value-added solutions for his corporate clients,” says Paul Allison, chairman and CEO of Raymond James, in a statement.
“We know he will make an immediate impact working with our Vancouver investment banking team as we continue to grow our capital markets expertise across Canada, the U.S. and key global centres,” he adds.
Previously, Green was former investment banking director in Vancouver for Toronto-based Scotia Capital. He was responsible for both coverage and execution across multiple industries including mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financing mandates. He also worked for J.P. Morgan Securities in New York.
