Daniella Dimitrov has joined Raymond James in a full-time capacity effective June 1. Dimitrov will work on a number of strategic projects in the capacity of senior vp, strategic initiatives.
Over the past 10 months, Dimitrov has worked as a consultant for the firm. During this time, she has earned the respect of her colleagues for her extensive knowledge of the industry, hard work and quality input, the firm says.
Dimitrov has worked in the industry for over 12 years in progressively more senior roles and most recently held the title of chief operating officer and general counsel for Dundee Wealth Management Inc.
She continues to be an active participant in several industry-related associations and is widely regarded for the expertise she has offered serving or having served in various positions including Director of the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments, Chair of the National Committee of the Investment Industry Association of Canada and Chair, Retail Sales Committee, Investment Dealers Association.
