Toronto-based Raymond James Ltd. has added to its Canadian equity research team by hiring Stephen Boland as managing director, equity analyst of diversified financials.  

Boland brings over two decades of industry experience to Raymond James after holding senior roles at several Canadian financial service firms and investment dealers, a release said. 

“We are pleased to be adding an analyst with Stephen’s quality and depth of institutional relationships,” said Daryl Swetlishoff, head of Raymond James’ Canadian equity research team, in a statement.
