Marshall, who has served as CEO of Seamark for more than 20 years, will continue as chairman and chief investment officer.
“I am excited by the opportunity to lead the SEAMARK team,” Raftus said. “Seamark is well-respected in the industry for its disciplined, long-term approach to investment management. This is the foundation we will build on. This company has tremendous potential, and I look forward to working with our employees, clients, and shareholders to help shape its future.”

Rockwater promoted two officers to replace Raftus.
