Pacific & Western Bank of Canada has hired Neil Beaton as chief information officer.
Beaton brings over 14 years of project management experience with both Canadian and international high technology firms to the bank. Most recently, he successfully completed a project management consulting assignment with CAE. His work on this $16 million project involved coordinating the efforts of over 40 project team members to implement integrated finance and procurement management software in eight countries globally.
Beaton’s previous assignments included managing the $250 million information technology component of the successful L-3 Communications maritime helicopter bid and eight years with Rolls Royce Canada in various senior project management roles.
