Northern Securities Inc. today announced the appointment of Dennis dos Santos as head of research and technology analyst. He will will be based in the Toronto office of Northern Securities.

Prior to his arrival at Northern Securities, dos Santos worked with various independent securities firms including Paradigm Capital and First Associates Investments. He also worked at a bank-owned securities firm, where he gained substantial experience in covering high quality emerging small capitalization companies.

He has been ranked in the Brendan Woods survey for both hardware and software research coverage. Prior to entering the securities industry, dos Santos spent several years in the technology industry.

He has an M.B.A from the University of Pittsburgh and his Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Concordia University.
