Charles Guay, president and chief operating officer at National Bank Securities, has been named as one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40, a prestigious group of the most influential young managers in the country.
Guay joined National Bank Securities in 2001 as president and COO. He oversees implementation of the company’s business development plan on a national scale, from the product design stage to distribution to investors.
Guay is an active member of the board of directors of the Conseil des Fonds d’Investissements du Quebec. He is also on the golf committee of the Foundation for Research into Childhood Diseases.
Guay has a Bachelor’s in finance from Universite Laval. He is also a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
Now in its 10th year, Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 program was created to pay tribute to the men and women who have risen to the top of their respective fields before turning 40.
