Claude Lamoureux, one of two founders of the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance, has resigned from the organization’s board.
Lamoureux, who stepped down yesterday at the CCGG’s annual meeting, is retiring as CEO of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan during the next year.
The CCGG requires its directors to be active shareholder representatives.
Lamoureux and investor Stephen Jarislowsky founded the CCGG in 2002.
