Kevin Kelly is resigning as president and co-CEO of Winnipeg-based brokerage firm Wellington West Capital Inc.
Kelly said yesterday he was resigning to spend more time with his family.
Charlie Spiring, company chairman, will take on the CEO role while executive vp John Rothwell has been named acting president.
Kelly will continue to serve on the company’s board.
