Michael Hatcher is now co-manager of Trimark Global Dividend Class fund, Toronto-based Invesco Canada Ltd. announced on Monday.

Hatcher joins Jeff Feng in managing the fund. Darren McKiernan, the former co-portfolio manager on the fund, is leaving Invesco.

The fund will continue to employ a long-term, bottom-up approach to finding high-quality, well-managed businesses, says Invesco.

Invesco Canada, a subsidiary of Invesco Ltd., is an investment management firm operating under three distinct brands, Trimark, Invesco and PowerShares.
