The OmbudService for Life & Health Insurance (OLHI) has made a new appointment.
Glenn O’Farrell assumes the role of OLHI’s CEO and ombudsman, effective Aug. 19, the Toronto-based resolution service for insurance complaints said in a release on Tuesday. O’Farrell will work at the Toronto office, it said.
O’Farrell is a member of the Québec Bar, Canadian Bar Association and Institute of Corporate Directors. He has served on numerous company boards of directors, as well as not-for-profit corporations.
Until recently, he held the position of CEO of Groupe Média TFO.
OLHI reviews complaints about life, disability and travel insurance; employee health benefits; and insurance investment products such as annuities and segregated funds.
