TD Wealth Management has reorganized its private investment advisory and private investment council businesses, private banking, private trust and high-net-worth planning teams under new leadership. Ryan McNally has been named senior vice-president, private wealth management. He moves into the new role Feb. 3.

“We are positioning [private wealth management] as unique businesses within TD Wealth Management,” said McNally, in an email. “This evolution will enable us to make faster decisions and deliver customized strategies in support of our advisors and portfolio managers.”

McNally joined TD in 2019, after more than a decade at BMO. He’s currently a senior vice-president heading up TD Wealth Advice Distribution.

His new role was created following Paul Clark’s appointment to senior executive vice-president of TD Wealth Management. McNally reports to Clark.
