FP Canada announced several changes to its board on Thursday.
Martin Dupras has been named chairman, replacing Brett Millard, who completed a two-year term on June 21, 20201.
Dupras is an independent financial planner and founding president of Montreal-based ConFor Financiers. He has been a member of the FP Canada Board for four years.
Ronald Harvey has been appointed vice-chairman. Harvey, a senior financial advisor in Ottawa with Investment Planning Counsel, was first elected to the board in 2017.
The board also welcomed three new members: Christopher Dewdney, Susan Howe and Winston Maharaj as public director.
François Durocher and Pat Macdonald are both departing from their roles on the FP Canada Board.
The remaining directors are Carolyn Fallis, David Wild, Diana Iannetta, Pierre Piché, Teresa Black Hughes and Yves Giroux.
