The Canadian Coalition for Good Governance (CCGG has named Catherine McCall as its new executive director, effective July 1, the Toronto-based shareholder advocacy group has announced.
McCall, previously the CCGG’s director of policy development, succeeds Steve Erlichman.
Erlichman, partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP in Toronto, stepped down as executive director of the CCGG, effective June 30.
McCall joined the CCGG in 2012, leading its policy work. She is also an adjunct professor of corporate governance at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. Previously, she was principal and head of corporate governance at Hugessen Consulting, and worked at ISS Canada Corp.
