Urbana Corp. today announced that it has entered into agreements to purchase another two memberships on the Chicago Board Options Exchange.
The total cost of these purchases is approximately US$5,450,000.
Urbana now owns a total of 14 CBOE memberships in its portfolio worth approximately $37.4 million (Cdn).
Toronto-based Urbana is an investment corporation. Its current focus is buying memberships in private and public securities exchanges in North America and around the world.
