TD Canada Trust announced today that its customers can access almost 2,700 ATMs in the United States, without having to pay the PLUS system handling fee of $3.
Customers visiting Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Vermont and Virginia can use their cards at Commerce Bank and TD Banknorth ATMs.
“As a North American bank we wanted to make sure that whenever our customers travel in North America where we have a presence, they can use our ATMs without paying extra fees,” says Tim Hockey, group head, personal banking, Co-Chair, TD Canada Trust. “It’s about making banking more convenient for our customers in even more places.”
