TD Bank Group (TSX:TD) Wednesday announced it will be expanding its fleet of automated teller machines (ATMs) throughout Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island and eastern Ontario.
More than 250 new machines will be installed over the next several weeks to Ultramar Corner Store locations, providing customers with increased ATM access in convenient locations.
“This significant roll-out of ATMs reaffirms our commitment to growing our presence in these regions,” said Tara-Lynn Hughes, Atlantic region senior vice president, retail banking, TD Bank Group. “It’s another example of how we continue to provide more comfortable and convenient ways for our customers to bank with us.”
The ATMs will be located inside Corner Store convenience stores, at Ultramar gas station locations across each province.
TD customers will be able to make withdrawals from bank accounts or credit cards without paying ATM fees.
Each week newly installed locations will be updated to appear on the TD ATM locator, a feature accessible online and within the TD app.
