Bank of Nova Scotia on Wednesday introduced flexible and more intuitive navigation for its investment Web sites. The changes are designed to benefit brokerage customers of ScotiaMcLeod and ScotiaMcLeod Direct Investing.
The enhancements and new features were developed with extensive client research and input.
“We developed the navigation to be very flexible allowing clients to move around the investing pages the way they want — by function, by account or by security symbol,” said Marianne Hasold-Schilter, Managing Director, Head of SMDI.
Specific improvements to the investing tab include:
- Access to real-time quotes anytime, from any screen;
- Account default setting that pre-populates the account details and transaction history screens every time the client logs in; and
- Simplified Mutual Fund search and order entry.
