Royal & SunAlliance Canada has chosen Computershare Document Services to handle the design and delivery of customer policy and billing documents for its Canadian insurance businesses.
Under the contract, CDS will offer management, design, printing and mailing expertise for Royal & SunAlliance and its affiliates’ customer policy and billing documents. CDS, a unit of Australian-based Computershare Ltd., operates from a new 46,000 square-foot facility in Richmond Hill, Ont.
Terms of the contract were not revealed.
“Royal & SunAlliance needs a customer-focused communications strategy that is responsive, tailored and clear,” Grace Webster, vice president, business solutions, Royal & SunAlliance Canada, said in a release. “We also need policy documents that allow our broker partners a greater voice in communicating with their clients.CDS will help us develop and implement that strategy which, taken together,will enhance our brand positioning and customer communications as well as substantially reduce our overall costs of document printing and distribution through enhanced design and increased automation.”
