Rogers Associate Financial Partners Inc. has announced the launch of a new subsidiary company, Immigration Assistance Canada.

The new entity is a web-based enterprise that will compliment the services currently offered to Rogers clients.

Rogers says it has restructured its operations in order to reduce operating costs and that the new business model cuts expenses by over half a million dollars a year.

Further, John Rogers, president and CEO, will temporarily take over the responsibility of chief
financial officer upon the retirement of Orin Grovum, the current CFO.

These changes are effective immediately.
