Professional Investment Holdings (Canada) Inc. has acquired Generation Financial Corp. (GFC), one of Western Canada’s largest and privately owned mutual fund dealers with close to 900 million in assets under administration. GFC has 105 experienced financial advisors servicing some 16,000 clients.
Professional Investment Holdings (Canada) is a subsidiary of Professional Investment Services, the largest financial planning company in Australia.
As part of the acquisition, Professional Investment Holdings plans to invest in both staffing and technology.
