Regina-based mutual fund dealer, Partners In Planning Financial Group Ltd. has chosen a new software platform for its approximately 600 advisors across Canada.

The company will now use Univeris Corp.’s Enterprise Wealth Management System (EWMS), a technology system that covers back office operations, front office management, retail product distribution and regulatory compliance.

“We required an innovative wealth management solution to drive our market growth strategy and the Univeris EWMS wealth platform is the best solution to help us achieve this,” said Hugh Gabruch, chief operating officer of Partners In Planning, in a news release.

Univeris, a Toronto-based wealth management technology firm, now has about 20 financial services clients in Canada — including ING Direct Funds Ltd., Sun Life Financial and Scotiabank — using its technology systems.
