The Mutual Fund Dealers Association is seeking recognition as a self-regulatory organization in New Brunswick.
The MFDA issued a bulletin to inform its members that the New Brunswick Securities Commission has issued for public comment a draft order recognizing the MFDA as a self-regulatory organization in that province.
Comments may be submitted to the NBSC by no later than January 8, 2007.
