Manulife Financial Corp., Individual Insurance will make it easier for advisors across Canada to look up their clients’ policy information with a new tool called InfoDirect.

With InfoDirect, advisors will get instant full-time access to:
– Policy details for more than 1.7 million in-force insurance policies
– Financial history
– Billing information at a glance
– 10 online reports
– Online updates to outstanding underwriting requirements

“We’re really excited about InfoDirect and think advisors will be too,” said Michael Doughty, senior vice president, individual insurance. “We spoke to many of our advisors about what kind of tool they would need to make their life easier and we believe InfoDirect is the answer.”

InfoDirect will link multiple information systems and provide advisors with one-stop access to all their insurance client policy information. This industry-leading, user-friendly technology will make finding client information extremely fast.

“This is a significant step forward from previous tools and advisors will be amazed how simple it is to find their client information, and then run reports that are useful to their business,” Doughty added.
