The group savings and retirement sector of Quebec City-based Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. was recognized by the Insurance & Financial Communicator’s Association (IFCA), an international association working in the insurance and financial services industry, for the quality of one of its financial education tools, the company announced on Tuesday.

The Successful Steps to a Retirement Rendezvous guide received the IFCA’s highest distinction (“Best of Show Award”) in the printed materials category.

The guide shows members who are approaching retirement four easy steps to learn more about their financial situation at retirement and how to make smart choices, Industrial Alliance says.
