The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) has announced a date for its upcoming annual meeting.

The investment industry self-regulatory organization (SRO) issued a notice Monday indicating that the next annual and special meeting of its members has been set for 16:30 ET on September 10 in Toronto.

The SRO reports that the proxy materials for the upcoming meeting were sent to the investment dealers and trading venues that belong to the organization on August 9.

The meeting will consider such routine business such as its latest financials, electing directors, and appointing auditors.
