Ungaro & Sons will become part of Hub International Barton (Hub Barton), a regional hub based in Chilliwack, B.C. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Owned by Don and Allison Ungaro since 1998, Ungaro & Sons offers a broad array of personal, commercial and government auto insurance coverage. The company services the Kelowna area of B.C.
