The Federation of Mutual Fund Dealers announced its board of directors for 2013 on Monday.

The new board members include:

  • John Adams, PFSL Investments Canada Ltd.;
  • Jacquie Boddaert, NorRock Realty Finance Corp.;
  • Andrew Dalglish, IA Clarington Investments;
  • Chuck Grace, Fusion Consulting;
  • Susan Monk, PEAK Financial;
  • Vince Valenti, Independent Planning Group Inc.;
  • Mark Zochowski, Scandamar Inc.;
  • Nelson Cheng, Sterling Mutuals Inc.; and
  • Betty Jo Royce, Queensbury Strategies Inc.

The board will be working through key priorities for the coming year including policy and recruitment, the Federation says.

The Federation, based in Toronto, represents dealer firms and affiliates with over $113 billion of assets under administration and more than 17,000 licensed advisors.

There is no chairman of the board of directors. Sandra Kegie is the executive director of the Federation.
