Amid the threat of rolling blackouts in Ontario, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario has suspended services.
FSCO says that its services are suspended due to the power emergency situation. “Services will be restored as soon as the situation permits,” according to a notice on the FSCO Web site.
Insurance advisors whose licenses that have expired since August 15, will have those licenses extended until August 25. FSCO says that if a further extension is necessary, a notice will be posted on the Web site.
