Mike Donoghue, president & CEO and Christianne Dostie, vp of Allstate were on hand to celebrate the grand opening of the first Allstate Insurance Agency to open in Ontario, in Windsor.
“The opening of the new Allstate Insurance Agency in Windsor, is just another step as part of our commitment to respond to the changing needs and demands of our customers,” says Donoghue.
The new agency design creates a consistent delivery model by providing consumers with access to a team of experienced and knowledgeable Allstate agents who will each be accountable for managing specific aspects of a customers needs.
“In making this transition, Allstate is offering our customers something that other insurance companies do not; value. From our new enhanced phone system that is easy to navigate, to our professional agents, and the convenience of our new agencies, Allstate is changing with the times and we are proud to be a part of this transition,” adds Brian Byrne, agency manager.
There are now 26 new Allstate Insurance Agencies open for business in Quebec and New Brunswick, including 7 in Ontario. Additional Allstate Insurance Agencies will open in Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec and Alberta throughout 2008.
Allstate produces and distributes home and auto insurance products right across Canada.
