Several of Canada’s major retail financial firms, as well as the Bank of Canada, were named to the 15th annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers competition.

The companies for the 2014 list were announced on Monday and include the following organizations:

• Bank of Canada, Ottawa;
• Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), Toronto;
• Manulife Financial Corp., Toronto;
• Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Toronto;
• TD Bank Group, Toronto;
• Desjardins Group, Lévis, Que.; and
• Vancouver City Savings Credit Union, Vancouver.

Both private and public sector employers of any size with a head office or principal place of business in Canada may apply to compete in the national competition.
