Software provider Equisoft has partnered with data provider Refinitiv to provide a sales platform that fund wholesalers can offer to advisors, Montreal-based Equisoft said in a release on Thursday.
“Equisoft-analyze for wholesalers powered by Refinitive Lipper data” is a “web-based fund sales acceleration platform” that offers analytic services for funds and portfolios, the release said.
Using Refinitiv’s proprietary classification-based methodologies, the solution features product positioning and comparisons for fund analysis.
“Refinitiv Lipper’s data is trusted globally by asset management firms, so they are the ideal partner for our solution […],” said Shawn Gillespie, business development manager at Equisoft, in the release.
“The Equisoft/Refinitiv Lipper partnered solution will put wholesalers in the advisors’ spotlight and deliver what they need most to add even greater value for their clients: advanced portfolio design and solution positioning backed by industry-leading data,” he said.
