Cumberland Private Wealth Management, an independent investment firm that provides discretionary investment management services for high-net-worth individuals, Thursday announced its partnership with TIGER 21, North America’s premier peer-to-peer learning group for investors.
Through its partnership with TIGER 21 Canada in the category of investment counselling, Toronto-based Cumberland will provide its expertise in investment management to TIGER 21 members. This new venture will better equip investors to navigate an increasingly challenging and evolving financial environment, while advising them on how to further grow their personal wealth.
“Cumberland’s partnership, alongside some of the industry’s most knowledgeable professionals and experts, allows us to provide TIGER 21’s members with unmatched value and guidance.” says Bruce Jackson, Cumberland president and chief operating officer.
“TIGER 21 is very pleased to welcome an educational partner of the highest caliber and reputation of Cumberland Private Wealth Management,” says Jonathan Kempner TIGER 21 president. “Just as we have forged relationships with the best in breed firms in the United States, Cumberland represents exactly that same standard in Canada.”
Headquartered in New York, TIGER 21 recently formed exclusive groups in four Canadian cities, including Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal. Every month, members meet to share investment ideas and personal experiences on a variety of wealth-related and portfolio management issues among other relevant topics of interest, and participate in a program of exclusive meetings, conference calls and high profile annual conferences.
“Cumberland and its principals are well known for their longer term track record, and thought leadership position within Canada. They, along with our other top tier TIGER 21 educational partners, will provide excellent resources to the TIGER 21 Canada membership network,” says Thane Stenner, Managing Director of TIGER 21 Canada.
