The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has approved the proposed conversion of the GMP Capital Trust into GMP Capital Inc., GMP said Wednesday.
The conversion remains subject to certain regulatory and other approvals. GMP management anticipates that the conversion will be completed on May 15.
The shares of GMP Capital Inc. have been conditionally approved for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol GMP.
