Credential Financial Inc. announced today that it has been selected as the personal insurance and wealth management provider for Coastal Community Credit Union.

This agreement effectively doubles the relationship that Coastal Community has with Credential and encompasses three business lines: online brokerage (Credential Direct), insurance (Credential Insurance Services), and wealth management (Credential Asset Management and Credential Securities Inc.)

Following the merger of Coastal Community Credit Union, Comox Valley Credit Union, and Evergreen Savings Credit Union 30 months ago, the new Coastal Community needed to consolidate its insurance and wealth management offering. After comprehensive due diligence, they chose Credential to offer the full range of personal insurance and wealth management products through its wealth management services.
