Canadian Trading and Quotation System Inc. today announced fee and payment terms for listed companies will go into effect November 1.
Initial listing fees are broken down into a non-refundable deposit of $2,000, plus GST, at time of application, and $8,000, plus GST, payable prior to listing. The total listing fee remains unchanged at $10,000, plus GST.
Monthly fees are $300, plus GST, paid monthly on the first of the month.
The reinstatement fee (following suspension) is $500, plus GST, payable prior to trade resumption.
The fees remain unchanged from CNQ’s launch in July 2003.
The only change to the payment terms is that the initial listing fee is payable in full prior to listing, rather than within six months of the listing date.
This change does not apply to applications currently under review by CNQ.
