Corporate governance disclosure, sustainable development reporting and electronic disclosure are all part of today’s reporting expectations. This year’s award winners have demonstrated a commitment to open and full disclosure in all these areas.” said David Smith, president and CEO, CICA, in a release

The awards recognize excellence in financial and corporate reporting in Canada. Awards are given to companies who have shown leadership in financial reporting, electronic disclosure, corporate governance disclosure and sustainable development reporting.
