ATB Financial today announced a strategic alliance with Qtrade Investor Inc. of Vancouver to provide turnkey online brokerage services to ATB Financial’s customers.

Under the agreement Qtrade will provide ATB Financial with a dedicated and co-branded online brokerage Web site, accessible either online or by phone through Qtrade’s call centre.

“We were very impressed with the ease of use and quality of service provided at a competitive price through Qtrade Investor,” said Sheldon Dyck, senior vice-president, wealth management for ATB Financial, in a news release.

The Qtrade trading platform market-leading investment products, straight-to-market order execution, account choices (cash, margin, registered products), competitive pricing, research tools, online help and training, and full CIPF coverage ($1,000,000 per account).
