Last year, Allstate Insurance Co. of Canada announced it was redesigning the look and feel of its existing neighbourhood agent offices and introduced the new Allstate Insurance Agency. Today, Mike Donoghue, president & CEO and Tim Currie, assistant vp of Allstate were on hand to celebrate the grand opening of the new Allstate Insurance Agency in Fredericton.
“We wouldn’t be the company we are today if customers in New Brunswick didn’t choose to be insured with us,” said Donoghue. “Allstate has always tried to do more for its customers, and the opening of the new Allstate Insurance Agency in Fredericton, is just another step as part of our commitment to respond to the changing needs and demands of our customers.”
The new Allstate Insurance Agency creates a consistent delivery model by providing consumers with access to a team of experienced and knowledgeable Allstate agents who will each be accountable for managing specific aspects of a customer’s needs.
In each agency there will be:
> an agent who will create and develop the relationship at new business;
> an agent who will expand the relationship by identifying additional features to meet changing and evolving insurance needs; and
> an agent who will strengthen the relationship at renewal and provide customer service and support.
“We are excited with the opening of our new Allstate Prospect Center agency,” says Brian DesRoches, agency manager in Fredericton. “With our state of the art facility, extended hours, professional staff and one on one customer relationships we will exceed the competition.”
There are now 26 new Allstate Insurance Agencies open for business in Ontario and Quebec, including two in Moncton and one in Saint John. Additional Allstate Insurance Agencies will open in Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec and Alberta throughout 2008.
