Allstate Insurance Company of Canada has opened its first new Allstate Insurance Agency in Kirkland, Quebec.
“Today is a significant milestone for Allstate because it is the first step in our transformation of how we conduct business in Canada,” says Mike Donoghue, President and CEO of Allstate. “The new Allstate Insurance Agency will not only help pave the way for our organization to be a successful and competitive insurance company in the years ahead, but it will improve the level of service we provide, one customer at a time.”
The Allstate Insurance Agency will be made up of a team of experienced and knowledgeable Allstate agents who will each be accountable for managing specific aspects of a customer’s needs. There will be an agent who will create and develop the relationship at new business; an agent who will expand the relationship by identifying additional features to meet changing and evolving insurance needs; and an agent who will strengthen the relationship at renewal and provide customer service and support.
“Under our old model we realized that we weren’t delivering the same high level of quality service consistently at all times to all customers,” says Christianne Dostie, vp of Allstate.
Throughout the remainder of 2007, nine more Allstate Insurance Agencies are expected to open in Quebec, with 10 more to follow in the first quarter of 2008. Additional Allstate Insurance Agency offices are expected to be opened in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick in the first quarter of 2008 and in Ontario and Alberta throughout 2008.
“Lifestyles change and so do people’s insurance needs. That’s why we created a distribution model where agents work in specialized roles in order to meet and respond to specific needs of consumers,” Dostie adds.
Allstate Insurance Company of Canada produces and distributes home and auto insurance products right across Canada.
