The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is seeking members for its Seniors Expert Advisory Committee, the regulator said on Thursday.
The committee provides expert input on securities-related policy and activities designed to meet older investors’ needs.
The committee, which meets about four to six times in a one-year period, consists of up to 15 members, typically including representation from the legal community, academia, industry, medical professionals and seniors’ advocates.
Applications can be submitted via email to the OSC’s Investor Office until July 4.
