The Mutual Fund Dealers of Canada (MFDA) last week announced two new appointments to its policy advisor committee (PAC).
The MFDA PAC provides advice, comments and reports to MFDA staff on a variety of matters including regulatory and policy initiatives and industry trends and practices.
Committee members are selected with a view to ensuring that the PAC is reasonably representative of MFDA membership, the regulator says.
The new members are: Brian Prosser, B2B Bank Financial Services Inc. and Alexandra Williams, Qtrade Asset Management Inc.
The committee currently has 20 members.
