The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) is launching a new webcast on automated advice.
The webcast, which was recorded at the 2016 IIROC compliance conference in Toronto, examines the regulatory aspects of automated advice, the impact on product and account service offerings and any concerns with the product offering.
The panel features Richard Corner, vice president and chief policy advisor, member regulation, IIROC; Chris Jepson, senior legal counsel, compliance and registrant regulation, Ontario Securities Commission; Mary Joyce Empensando, chief compliance officer, Questrade; Keri Bush, chief compliance officer and managing director, BMO Nesbitt Burns. The panel is moderated by Marsha Gerhart, vice president member regulation policy, IIROC.
This webcast, which provides continuing education credit, launches on Thursday at 16:00 ET, and will be available 24/7 following the launch.
