The Investment Dealers Association of Canada announced today the withdrawal of all allegations facing Ernest En Lin, a registered options representative.
The staff decision was based upon a reassessment of the case.
On May 7, the hearing panel heard and accepted the IDA’s request to withdraw the allegations against Lin.
