The CFO of Vancouver-based Golden Capital Securities Ltd. will face a disciplinary hearing on Feb. 20, the Investment Dealers Association of Canada (IDA) said today.

Mark Lotz is accused of submitting false information to the IDA as well as failing to disclose to his firm, Golden Capital, that he had become the CFO of a publicly traded company in July 2006.

Lotz is currently CFO of Golden Capital as well as Gateway Securities Inc.

The hearing will be held in Vancouver on Feb. 20 and is open to the public, barring any exceptions that may be required.
