The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) Thursday announced a further delay in the changeover in the hosting of its electronic filing systems.
Earlier this year, the CSA announced a delay in the migration of the hosting, operation and maintenance of its various online filing systems — the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) and the National Registration Database (NRD) — over to CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Inc.
The move, which was initially set to take place on October 12, was delayed to December 2.
The CSA said Thursday it will push back the transition further still. In a notice the CSA said that it “will provide a revised implementation date when it is confident of a smooth transition for all market participants.”
