The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is looking to fill a couple of vacancies on its policy advisory committee for distribution-related issues.
The AMF’s distribution practices advisory committee provides the regulator with input on issues involving financial planning, insurance and mortgage brokerage.
“Stakeholders provide practical insight into the industry, engage in open dialogue with the AMF and help the AMF to achieve its objectives, in particular the development of a modern, responsive framework that draws on best practices,” the regulator said.
Members of the advisory committee, which typically meets three to six times per year, serve maximum two-year terms.
The deadline for applications is Sept. 4.
