CRM software platform manufacturer Kronos Technologies Inc. said Monday that they are integrating their platform Kronos Web with PlanPlus Inc.’s financial planning software Web Advisor.
Kronos Web provides the tools for financial services companies to manage their insurance operations, commissions, provide product updates through FundSERV Integration and daily price updates through Cannex feeds. The system also allows users to integrate their iPhones and Blackberries.
According to the two software companies, the integration of Kronos with PlanPlus Web Advisor allows both large and small companies to pull together their back office and CRM data into a client management solution. The integration then creates the link to seamlessly transfer client information into PlanPlus Web Advisor for the creation of financial plans.
“With our growing base of financial advisors using Kronos Web in Quebec and throughout North America we’ve been actively looking for a scaleable world-class financial planning software integration to expand our offerings to the financial services industry” explains Jean-François St-Pierre, president of Montreal-based Kronos.
“Kronos’ integration with PlanPlus Web Advisor was the best overall solution,” adds St-Pierre.
“PlanPlus Inc. has large international companies, small boutique advisory firms or even individual planners as customers,” says Larry Bowen, v.p. operations at Linday, Ont.-based PlanPlus.
“Kronos Web is a good fit because Kronos has the same desire we do — to give their customers ‘best-in-industry’ tools and they also work with firms of all sizes,” Bowen adds.
Another key point according to Bowen is that “most other CRM applications are designed for large companies. This integration opens up opportunities for the smaller industry players to have the same levels of CRM integration available for their planning solutions as the biggest companies do.”
